Industrieel gezinsshoot
We always do a photo shoot with all the children at least once a year. Since we’ve been with the same photographer a few times now, I wanted something new. We love the Netherlands and it made sense to have photos taken on vacation. Since our oldest is now 18 years old, I wanted to have pictures with the 3 “children” again. So this time it was a winter photo shoot.
I searched for photographers around the resort and was immediately impressed by Nickie’s photos.
Everything was planned quickly and easily via email. Even on the day of the shoot, the shoot was postponed slightly due to bad weather.
Location suggestions were all great and we quickly decided on a very cool industrial location.
We underestimated the temperatures in January. It’s not easy to look warm when it’s 3 degrees, but Nickie did a great job of that too. You can’t see the temperature in the pictures and you certainly can’t tell that we were incredibly cold. But that’s what a shoot in winter is like. Thanks to a lot of rain in the previous days, it was quite an expedition to one or two places for photos, but the scenery was absolutely worth it.
The photos are absolutely successful and the mood and play of colors in the photos is also impressive.
Unfortunately, we won’t be going on holiday nearby again anytime soon, but if we plan a holiday nearby again, we’ll take photos at Nickie’s again, but this time in the summer 😅.
