Fotoshoot Ameland, Hollum. Deze spontane familie vertoefd een paar keer per jaar op het heerlijke Waddeneiland, Ameland. Dit keer mocht ik een paar uurtjes mee voor portretfotografie op het strand en om een – ons gezins – reportage te makene in de speeltuin bij de vuurtoren van Hollum.
This was my gift for a milestone birthday. I myself have been going to Ameland every year since 1966. First as a child, later with my own family. For some years we have been doing 1 week family vacations with 4 generations in one house.
The lighthouse was ideal for us, because the beach/tower/forest/playground are close together and so different types of photos could be taken.
The shooting itself was a lot of fun for all of us – after the first uncertainty, which Nickie quickly loosened by her ideas. In between Nickie was just invisible or even part of the whole. We had a few loose-fun hours together!
